From the Treatment Room to the Platform
Oonagh AI is a clinical innovation project developed by the Liverpool School of Neuroscience Acupuncture (LSNA) in the UK. It was born from listening to practitioners across acupuncture, osteopathic medicine, and integrative health who shared the same frustration: too much time typing, not enough time with patients.
The platform was designed from inside the treatment room — shaped by real clinical workflows, not theoretical software requirements. Every template, every documentation flow, and every compliance feature reflects what practitioners actually need during and after a session.
Every feature in Oonagh was informed by real practitioners working with real patients. The workflows, templates, and documentation tools were refined through direct clinical feedback — not designed in isolation.
From HIPAA requirements to professional record-keeping standards, compliance is woven into every documentation template and workflow — so practitioners can focus on care, not paperwork.
By handling transcription and note generation during the consultation, Oonagh lets practitioners maintain eye contact, stay present, and build stronger rapport — while ensuring comprehensive clinical records are completed by the time the session ends.
We believe that patients should leave the clinic feeling seen, heard, and valued. Technology should strengthen the bond between patient and provider — not interrupt it. Efficiency should never come at the cost of empathy.
Oonagh was built to support the way you already work — removing administrative friction so you can deliver the best possible care.
